OVERVIEW
This workshop is for anyone who:

is a facilitator and is looking for new ways to deepen their practice,

doesn’t call themselves a facilitator but leads others in meetings, projects or events,

would like a tool to discuss, plan and evaluate facilitation.

ABOUT THE FACILITOOL
The aim of building Facilitool was to visualise a comprehensive overview of what a facilitator “does” before, during and after facilitating an event, process or interaction. It helps us think about facilitation, facilitators and participants who are being facilitated and be conscious about our options and choices we make.
Since the first 3D prototype in 2019 it has been co-developed with facilitators all over the world. The Facilitool is already used as a learning tool in facilitation training. Now we are introducing version 3.0, having added a brand new module.
