The Facilitool is a visual representation of a set of options available to a facilitator (or anybody helping other people to do good work). Think of it as a map of strategies and tactics, rather than specific techniques.
Please note that the Facilitool is not meant to be self-explanatory as it descirbes methods, models and ideas that we teach in our courses. They are the sum of different aspects of facilitation (including behavioural psychology, neuroscience, coaching, theatre, applied improvisation etc.) that we have gathered through the years of our own practice.

If you'd like to help us develop, we have created a community of practitioners to share our experiences and ideas about Facilitool. It is an open community, anyone is welcome.
