A UNIQUE SCHOOL FOR FACILITATORS & TRAINERS
Facilitators, trainers, coaches, champions – every organisation needs to co-create, and co-creation needs people with special skills. The Co-Creation School is where these skills are mastered.
Our qualified and experienced faculty works globally in our locations or in yours; in English, French, German, Dutch, and Mandarin Chinese.
Designing for engagement
The process of change begins early, with the design and planning of formats.
This course teaches you to create experience-driven workshops, project formats and training sessions which go far beyond Powerpoint to be both engaging and effective.
COACHING & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
Staying on track
Help yourself grow as a facilitator or trainer, and keep your projects effective with personal coaching from experienced professionals. Coaching is available for teams or individuals, either on site or remotely.
We are happy to tailor coaching to accompany a project. Contact us to discuss what you need.
Unlocking the power of teams
Facilitation is key to any group process, whether your group is doing project work, design thinking, service design, user research – or just ordinary meetings.
In this course, facilitators discover and master key facilitation concepts such as the use of space and status, timing, energy and learn to deal with challenging participants. At the same time, they explore their own strengths and style, "learning by doing".
